A Medicaid recipient is eligible for Personal Care Services if the recipient meets any of the following guidelines:
1. The individual has a medical diagnosis that requires a physician's care and the individual is under direct and ongoing care by the physician prescribing Personal Care Services.
2. The recipient's medical condition is stable for in-home care.
3. The recipient has a need for assistance with personal hygiene, medical monitoring and home management due to their medical condition.
