Affinity Health Services, Inc was established in 1997 by Sharon Pollard, R.N. Prior to opening the agency, Ms. Pollard has been an R.N. for 34 years with 17 years in the Home Care industry.
Affinity Health Services is certified by the North Carolina division of Medical Assistance as an authorized provider of Personal Care Services. Affinity Health Services also contracts for CAP/DA and CAP/MR programs as well as providing services for military veterans, long term care policy holders, private pay individuals, and others alike.
The goal of Affinity Health Services is to assist family members and community resources in caring for the patient while allowing the patient to remain in their own home environment for as long as possible.
Our employees have been subjected to criminal investigation and references checked prior to employment with our agency. During employment, employees receive continuing education. All patient records and information is strictly confidential.
